Bob Kelly’s years of experience in corporate development have given him an unparalleled expertise in all phases of project concept, design and development. Bob recently served as senior vice president of pre-construction for Roy Anderson Corp. where he oversaw estimating, business development, and operations. Prior to that Bob was president of Innovation Project Development where he oversaw a team of seasoned professionals in representing owners’ interests in carrying through the vision of a project to its opening. Bob also had a much-lauded 16-year career with various divisions of Harrah’s Entertainment (now Caesars Entertainment).

PROGRAM MANAGER AND ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTANT
With almost 30 years of experience as a Principal-in-Charge orchestrating master planning and design of major gaming resorts, Thomas L. Hoskens, FAIA has exceptional experience in the development and construction industry. As lead architect and owner contact on the majority of resort projects during that time, his skills are unparalleled. He has a specialty in the exploration, design approach, delivery and construction of entertainment projects. Many of his projects have been fast-track and some form of design-build with clients that set new industry standards for entertainment architecture.
